      This is a breakfast but is so delicious it’s more like a dessert. The smoothie bowl starts a smoothie base, usually fruit, sometimes greens and non dairy milk, or water. Then come the toppings- fruit, nuts, seeds, even quinoa in the one pictured below. These are easy to make, very tasty and highly nutritious!
