I am looking for more information on this concept. In simple terminology.
Shinrin Yoku is Japanese for “Forest Bathing” – A gentle path to wellness accessible to almost everybody. It seems to me this would fit in nicely with Buddhist philosophy/psycology

    I did find this site…http://www.shinrin-yoku.org/

Take a walk in the forest.
Gentle, guided walks that support well-being through sensory immersion
in forests and other naturally healing environments.

Has anyone done this in an organized fashion? I think some of us may do this unguided, naturally (no pun intended).

    Thank you, Jules
