      Molly Cake Recipe

      One of the most tastiest and moist fruit cake ever tried!

      250 g stoned dates – chopped
      300ml water
      85g plain flour
      3 tsp baking powder
      1 tsp mixed spice
      85g wholemeal flour
      500g mixed fruit
      50g ground almonds
      80ml orange juice

      Boil dates and water and set aside.
      Sieve flour, add other ingredients, and stir in wet mix and orange juice.

      Turn into 900g lined loaf tin at 170c for 45-50 mins.
