This month we can’t use the Quaker Meeting House for Amida Bournville so I recorded the liturgy for this month in our garden this morning. We are making a forest garden here. The mud circles in the photo don’t look so appetizing at the moment but they contain fruit bushes and salad leaves (waiting to germinate).
The liturgy is something I put together to help me in this difficult time. It contains the five remembrances, the Nembutsu, part of the Longer Pureland Sutra, my own take on mindfulness – Pureland style – a Shin Buddhist Nembutsu, and my own thoughts on my practice bearing all these things in mind.
