I’m having a ‘things fall apart’ sort of a time at the moment, fortunately not on a big scale, and, I find, if I let go as much as possible, things flow quite well without my intervention. This morning we went to the allotment. Not much is growing there and the recent rain has made little or no impact but I did notice that soil under the trees is softer and badgers have been able to take advantage of that (and, hopefully, found some food). We picked most of our elder berry harvest, part of which is now straining into a bowl, ready to make elderberry syrup. This was a mentally restorative activity, so nice to be interacting with the natural world in a creative way. Namo Amida Bu!
