I drove Ian to the new adult A and E at Leicester Royal Infirmary last night. I was amazed by the number of people in the huge waiting area. Ian is OK and recovering now. Finding my way round the maze of one-way streets was interesting, then trying to understand the signs pointing to all the different car parks, each with a different type of usage. I really paid attention when I walked from the car park to A and E as it was such a convoluted route between high buildings. The gates into the hospital have numbers which are hard to see if you’re driving and paying attention to the traffic. I’m now really behind with a number of projects but actually this feels like a relief right now. Life has intervened and put my projects into perspective. Namo Amida Bu!
