Arts in Mindfulness retreats invite us into a space of deep reflection, creativity, stillness and creative dreaming. They are appropriate for anyone, from those with no experience to a lot of experience of meditation or creativity. We guide you into simple unfolding of the inherent ability of anyone to create or sit in simply being for very short periods.
We focus on embodied meditation and creating from embodied connection. They are open to people of any faith or no faith at all. We welcome those with a curiosity to explore themselves and their potential.
Community is also a strong resource on the retreats as we learn from each others’ journeys.
We hold a secure, strong and supportive space, offering tools to facilitate what you are individually wishing to explore or are curious to transform or step into.
